The Forging division (Auto Parts) established in 2003, a forged components manufacturing unit under FIE Group. It is specialized to manufacture Shifter forks, Rocker arms , Hubs & Couplings in hot forging and fully finished. Along with these automotive components, the forging division also caters the needs of non automotive sector.
Our forging division is a leading supplier to major automotive two & three wheeler OEMs for Rocker arms, Gear changing forks and transmission components.

Forging shop -

• Mechanical crank press - 300 to 600 ton.
• Friction type screw press - 200 to 500 ton.
• Belt drop hammers - 0.75 to 1.5 tons.
• Hardening, tempering & normalizing furnaces.

Machining & inspection -

• CNC milling, HMCs & Turning centers.
• Single pass honing & Broaching machines.
• CNC Cylindrical, Double disc, Surface grinding machines.
• CMM, Roundness , Surface testing.
• Hardness & Metallurgical testing.
